My Pro 2.0 chiller suddenly stopped runningUpdated a year ago

If your Pro 2.0 chiller is suddenly having issues running, and/or it will randomly kick off and show a fault symbol on the screen, it is critical to contact us with evidence so we can swiftly assist you in resolving the matter. A video demonstrating the issue will enable us to accurately assess the situation and provide the most effective solution. However, here are some proactive steps you can take in the meantime.

The most common problem is an overused micron filter. If the filter is dirty, clogged, or overused, it will cause the water flow to be disrupted, and in some cases, signal the chiller to shut down. On average, micron filters last from 1 to 1.5 months before they need to be changed. If the condition is in the “Replace” range (see image below), or if the flow reading on the Control Panel reads less than 13.0 L/min, then replace the filter with a new one. To access the Water Filter, turn the Lower Water Filter Housing to the left. When changing the filter, empty water from Lower Water Filter Housing fully and refill up to the top with fresh water.

In cases where units are found to need further troubleshooting, we will guide you through the process, or have you return the unit for repairs or replacements if needed. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction and is here to support you every step of the way.
